  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 large tomato

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon salt (15 g)
  • ½ tablespoons pepper (8 g)
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric (15 g)
  • 125 ml of water

Course of action

  • First, take the chicken breasts and cut them into cubes. Place them in a bowl and then add the turmeric. Set it aside.
  • Chop all the vegetables into medium-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
  • Heat a frying pan and add the chicken breasts (you can fry them in a little olive oil or with a little water).
  • Add the vegetables and water along with the salt and pepper. Cover it all up.
  • Let the vegetables steam. Remove them from the stove and serve.

  • The first thing you need to do is  boil the chicken breasts in a little water. Take them out of the water and put them in the fridge.
  • Cook the potatoes and carrots until slightly soft. Then cut them into cubes.
  • Then put the vegetables in a bowl with the chicken. Mix the ingredients well.

  • 2 small chicken thighs without skin
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 small potatoes
  • ½ tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 125 ml of water
  • 2 sweet green peppers
  • 1 tablespoon salt (15 g)
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder (15 g)

Course of action

  • Puree all the vegetables in a blender, except the potatoes and carrots.
  • Then put chicken thighs in a large saucepan and then pour the pureed vegetables together with a cup of water into a saucepan and cook on half strength.
  • Cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes and add them to the pan with the chicken.
  • Then add salt and turmeric.
  • Let it simmer a little longer and remove from the heat. This will take approx. 20 minutes.
