  • Voice exercises are also important, and can be fun. Pronounce, using excessive movements, all the vowels. You do not have to scream, just shape the vowels silently with your neck and mouth. Repeat 10 times daily. This is the perfect exercise to train the muscles at the bottom of your neck.
  • Throw a few smiles into your exercise routine and experience the benefits. Form a reverse smile while tensing your neck muscles as much as possible. Perfect! Repeat 10 times, remembering to be consistent.
